A beautiful hideaway, this secluded 4-year old home is situated on a bank of the "National Wild & Scenic" Pine River. Just 30 feet from the water waters edge, the wall of windows facing the river affords a fantastic view of the river and the wildlife that call it home. The area teems with wildlife…..eagles fishing for trout, numerous species of waterfowl, and furbearers, and the large and small game species, the wildlife viewing opportunities never end.
With windows everywhere, three sides of the home enjoy a view of the river. Interior ¼-log walls and a knotty pine cathedral ceiling in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and roomy upstairs loft area add to the peaceful outdoors feel. With 4 bedrooms(5 if you use the office), and 2-1/2 baths, the home comfortably sleeps 10 people. Two large decks invite you to relax and enjoy the sights, smells, and sounds of the river valley. A spotless home inside and out, we do not allow pets, and no smoking indoors.

Rates: Nightly Rate $200/first night based on 2 guests, $80/each additional night. Weekly Rates $560/week (6 nights 7 days) based on 2 guests. $30/night/each additional guest 16 years old and older. $25/night/each additional guest 15 years old and under.

Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, large electric oven w/gas cooktops, large microwave, toaster, coffeepot, as well as dishes, utensils, pots and pans and filtered water. Large washer and dryer off of hallway. Telephone for local calls only. Television, VCR & DVD.Charcoal Grill. Gas fireplace in one bedroom. Completely ready for your get-away, just bring your clothes, toothbrush, etc. and smiles.
Large and inviting yard, picnic tables, fire-ring w/adjustable cooking grate,lots of complimentary dry firewood, and lots of room to set up the horseshoes, badmitton, or voleyball nets, each of which is kept in the storage shed. Also complimentary commercial innertubes for refreshing rump-bumping floats down the river. Paved driveway doubles as a basketball court.
