Description

|
Paradise in northern Michigan at the top of the hill in Mio. Clean cozy cabins and motel rooms all done in beautiful knotty pine. Cabins have large flagstone fireplaces, full kitchen with all cooking implements, bathroom with shower, all linens provided, cable TV and air conditioned along with a private patio area with bon fire, firewood provided. Sizes vary from a "no bedroom" with 2 beds, a 1 bedroom that has 2 twin beds and 1 double bed, the 2 bedroom has 2 double beds and 1 twin. All have lots of room for roll away beds. Motels all have 2 double beds, refrigerator, cable TV and air conditioner. A community bon fire area is provided with firewood.
Outstanding views of northeast Michigan as well as 7 acres of trails and 19 additional acres that the North Star has access to. Pets are welcome.
Conveniently located close to many area activities and attractions such as the Amish Community, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, fishing, bird watching, hunting, crosscountry trails. Snowmobile from here or take a short ride to the ORV trail head.

Rates

Cabin Rates:
No bedroom: $70 per night weekends, $60 per night weekdays for double occupancy.
One bedroom: $80 per night weekends, $70 per night weekday for double occupancy.
Two bedroom: $90 per night weekends, $80 per night weekday for 4 person occupancy.
Additional persons will be $10 each per night - children and pets stay free.
Pets are welcome and MUST be on a 6 foot leash at all times when outside of the rental unit.
Children are also welcome - playpit coming soon!
The motel units rent for $55.00 a night on the weekends and holidays and $45.00 a night Monday thru Thursday. The motel rooms contain room to sleep 4, 5 with a rollaway bed, however price is based on double occupancy and each additional person will be a $10.00 charge per night per person, children stay for free.
The above are rates for peak times, non-peak rentals, deduct $10.00 per night. Non-peak season is December 1 to June 1.
Also, the entire resort is available to rent for your family reunion, group outing such as jamboree (music is welcome here!), non-profit event, social clubs or just a group of friends having fun. Call us for special discount rates.
