Built in 1995, this 1200 Sq Ft, 3 bedroom summer home is located on Potagannissing Bay on Drummond Island. This cozy, custom-crafted log home sits on a 10 acre parcel with 250' of private water frontage and is geographically situated in the heart of Drummond Island's historical settlement. Nestled in a grove of ancient white cedar, this comfortable and spacious chalet, built of Island beams and white cedar paneling, offers a breath taking view of Potagannissing Bay and its islands. With a sand beach on the shore and a Marina next door, the setting is perfect for immersing yourself into a world of water fun, fishing, swimming, kayaking or just relaxing.

Rates
|
|
We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the prime season and have flexible rental periods during off seasons ( with a minimum of a 2 night stay). The rate is $800.00 per week for a maximum of six people. If the number of your party exceeds six there is an additional $50.00 per person. Check in time is Saturday at 3:00pm and check out time is Saturday at 12:00 pm.

The chalet comes with a full modern kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, dish clothes, towels, a range with oven and a microwave. It also comes with the following electric appliances: toaster, electric frying pan, crock pot and an electric coffee maker. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and upstairs there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with a full size double bed and the other bedroom is a bunkroom with 4 single size bunk beds. Each bed comes with clean sheets, pillows and blankets. The bathroom is downstairs, fully stocked with towels, wash clothes, soap, toiletpaper and other toiletry necessities. The chalet comes with a television and a VCR. There is a picnic table, charcoal grill and lawn chairs. Kayaks, a Pontoon, and a Fishing Boat are also available to rent.

The home sits quietly within the tree line. There is a bombfire pit in the field by the water. There is a beach area to sun bathe in and shallow water to catch crayfish, swim or kayak. There is an open field for playing sport activities. Biking and roller blading are allowed on the sides of the roads. You are withing walking distance to the Grocery Store, Church, Community Center, Post Office, Library, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts and Museum. There are several restaurants available for eating out. There are two golf courses and a bowling alley. There are a few retail shops to purchase souvenirs.
